Joel Swieringa is the guy on the ground, in the plant, and in your corner. He launched SSE with a simple mission: bring integrity back to the rep game and show up for the people who keep industry running.
Raised in Fruitport, Michigan, just outside Grand Rapids, Joel’s built on Midwest values — work hard, say what you mean, and don’t quit until the job’s done. A Marine veteran and lifelong fan of the University of Michigan, Detroit Lions, and Tigers, he brings grit, loyalty, and just enough sarcasm to keep things interesting.
With decades of experience in the mechanical and industrial engineering world, Joel knows how to move the needle. His background spans customer service, continuous improvement, outside sales, project engineering, and estimation — so when he shows up, he’s not just selling. He’s solving.
